Dr. Mo Falomo is the CEO and Co-founder of Falhouse Books, an independent publishing company devoted to shaping the future of children's literature. With a rich background in pediatric audiology, child development consulting, product development, and publishing, Dr. Falomo has poured her heart into making a significant impact on young readers and their families.

Her journey started with a deep passion for child development and audiology, which inspired her to co-found Falhouse Books alongside her father. Through her leadership, Falhouse Books has blossomed into a beacon of creativity, literacy, and diversity in literature, nurturing cognitive, social, and emotional growth in the next generation.

Dr. Falomo's academic journey is equally impressive, holding a Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Texas at Dallas, a Master of Science in Behavioral Science from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies-Child Development from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Beyond her CEO role, Dr. Falomo is actively engaged in advancing Falhouse Books' independence, creative autonomy, and competitive edge. She is committed to driving growth strategies that amplify the company's reach and impact, including initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, along with sustainability goals. Outside of work, Dr. Falomo enjoys exploring other cultures through travel and cooking. She also serves on the board of Trustees for Ribs - a global fellowship for young adult women.
