Shipping & Returns


We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.


What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Please note if your order contains a pre-order item. Orders with pre-ordered items will ship when everything is in stock. Pre-order delivery dates are an estimate.


Do you ship internationally or to Canada?

Yes, international shipping is available through USPS and UPS. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Customer is responsible for any custom fees charged.


I received defective product

We apologize for this mishap. This is a rare occurrence but happens from time to time due to shipping and handling during transit. If this happens to your purchase please contact within 48-hours of delivery for us to evaluate your case. Please include  your order number and photos of your defective items to qualify for a replacement. 


I want to cancel my order

We are unable to edit orders once processed.


My order has been stolen and/or lost

We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please file a claim with the courier responsible for delivering your package.


I can’t find my order

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or unclaimed. It is not possible to re-route a package once it has been shipped. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can arrange a redelivery. However, a re-delivery fee will be charged for this service according to the carrier.


Can I rush my order?

All items are shipped and processed by our fulfillment team within 2-3 business days. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate rush orders at this time. 


Why is my order delayed?

Shipping delays due to customs, import regulations, weather, and COVID-19 are possible and out of our control. We will do our best to communicate with you should any delays in shipment occur.  




I purchased a Falhouse Books product from an authorized reseller and I want to return it and get a refund

We are not able to return/refund items purchased through a retailer. For products purchased from an authorized retailer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.


I would like to return an item purchased from the Falhouse Books website.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products. In the rare event that you experience a quality issue/defective product, please email us within 48-hours of delivery at The email request must include your original order number in the subject line as well as images or video clearly showing the problem, along with a detailed description. If an issue is determined, we will do our best to satisfactorily resolve the matter at hand. In order for the defective products to be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized retailer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
